Default Resep Keripik Pisang Renyah

Bahan-bahan :
1 sisir buah pisang setengah matang. Pisang kepuk atau pisang raja.
1 sdt kapur sirih
1 liter air
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
5 - 6 siung bawang putih
1 sdm garam dapur
1 sdm ketumbar
kunyit, 2 cm
kemiri, 3 butir
Vetsin secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT KERIPIK PISANG RENYAH
1. Campurkan dan larutkan kapur sirih ke dalam 1 liter air.
2. Kupas dan bersihkan buah pisang lalu iris tipis.
3. Rendam selama lebih kurang 1 jam ke dalam larutan air kapur.
4. Setelah itu, angkat, cuci irisan pisang sampai bersih kemudian tiriskan.
5. Masukkan bumbu halus dan irisan pisang ke dalam wadah kemudian aduk-aduk hingga merata. Agar bumbu halus meresap, diamkan selama lebih kurang 5 menit.
6. Panaskan minyak goreng. Goreng irisan pisang dalam minyak banyak hingga renyah, kering, dan matang.
7. Angkat dan tiriskan.
