Default Resep Kue Kering Kurma Nikmat

Bahan :
150 gr butter (50 margarine + 100 gr butter)
50 gr tepung gula
50 gr palm sugar
1 sendok teh vanili bubuk
1 butir kuning telur
25 gr susu bubuk full cream
100 gr keju, parut kasar
100 gr kurma, potong kecil
25 gr maizena
200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang atau rendah
200 gr coklat rasa minty warna biru, lelehkan
100 gr dark chocolate classic, lelehkan.
Cara Membuat Resep Kue Kering Kurma Nikmat :
  1. Kocok margarine, butter, tepung gula, palm sugar dan vanili hingga semua bahan tercampur rata lalu masukkan telur aduk rata. Masukkan keju parut dan kurma, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan secara bertahap campuran tepung terigu,susu dan maizena ke dalam adonan, aduk menggunakan sendok kayu dan lakukanlah hingga adonan tepung habis.
  3. Bentuk adonan bulat panjang, panggang dengan suhu 160 hingga matang, dinginkan.
  4. Celupkan kue ke dalam coklat rasa mint warna biru, hingga seluruh permukaan kue tertutup, diamkan hingga coklat mengeras. Masukkan dark chocolate classic ke dalam plastik segitiga, potong kecil bagian ujungnya. Hias bagian atas kue dengan cara acak dan biarkan hingga coklat mengeras.
