Talking Cara Membuat Opor Ayam khas sunda spesial lebaran



Bahan resep opor ayam untuk lebaran:
  • satu ekor ayam berukuran sedang (sebelum dimasak, baiknya dipotong agar cepat matang dan mudah dalam pengolahannya)
  • setengah liter santan (kental)
  • satu liter santan (encer)
  • sebatang serai memar sebagai penyedap opor
  • dua lembar daun jeruk purut
  • dua lembar daun salam

Bumbu-bumbunya:
  • 4 syung Bawng putih
  • 8 bh Bawng merah
  • 1 sdk_teh ketumbar
  • 3 cm lengkuas / laos
  • 0,5 sdk_teh jinten
  • 5 butir kemiri
  • Garam
  • Lada
  • gula

Cara Membuat Opor Ayam khas sunda spesial lebaran :
  • Setelah ayam dipotong, cucilah untuk menghilangkan kotoran-kotoran.
  • Ulek semua bumbu-bumbunya sampai halus.
  • Lalu bumbu itu ditumis sebelum ditambahkan bahan-bahan lainnya.
  • Setelah tercium bau sedapnya, masukkan serai, daun salam dan kasih sedikit penyedap rasa / micin.
  • Barulah masukkan daging ayam, aduk beberapa saat dan biarkan hingga layu.
  • Tuangkan santan (encer). Tunggu sampai surut, sambil tetap diaduk beberapa kali.
  • Tuang santan (kental).
  • Masaklah hingga opor ayam anda matang.
