Talking Resep Dan Tata Cara Membuat Bolu Gulung Coklat



Bahan Bolu Gulung:
  • 50 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 5 butir telur
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 25 gram cokelat bubuk
  • 1 sdm susu bubuk
  • 1 sdt emulsifier atau TBM
  • 100 gram margarin, lelehkan
  • Buttercream atau selai buah secukupnya

Cara Membuat Bolu Gulung:
  • Kocok gula, telur dan emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental.
  • Tambahkan tepung terigu dan cokelat bubuk, sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
  • Tuangkan margarin yang sudah dicairkan sedikit demi sedikit hingga tercampur rata.
  • Siapkan loyang 26x26x4 cm yang sudah diolesi margarin dan kertas roti.
  • Tuang adonan di atas loyang, panggang dalam over bersuhu 180 derajat celsius hingga matang selama 15 hingga 20 menit.
  • Keluarkan kue dari oven
  • Letakkan serbet bersih di atas loyang, balik cetakan kue dan keluarkan kue.
  • Gulung kue hingga dingin dengan bantuan serbet bersih atau kertas kue.
  • Jika kue sudah dingin, buka gulungan, oles dengan buttercream atau selai, gulung kembali hingga memadat.
  • Saat akan disajikan, iris Bolu Gulung Cokelat sesuai selera.
