Default Resep Kue Kering Sagu Keju Renyah Lebaran

Resep Kue Kering Sagu Keju Renyah Lebaran | Ayo kita coba resep di bawah ini. mudah-mudahan anda berkenang.
Bahan - bahan :

# 600 gr tepung sagu tani
# 350 gr margarin
# 300 gr gula halus
# 3 butir kuning telur
# 60 mil santan kental
# 60 gr keju edam parut
# sdt garam halus
CARA MEMBUAT KUE KERING SAGU KEJU RENYAH :
  1. Sangrai tepung di atas api kecil selama 15 menit.
  2. Kocok margarin, gula halus dan garam hingga lembut. Tambahkan kuning telur, aduk rata. Masukkan tepung dan keju parut, aduk rata. Tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga atau piping bag yang telah diisi dengan sepuit bintang. Semprotkan ke atas loyang beroles margarin. Taburi di atasnya dengan keju edam parut. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  4. Panggang kue di dalam oven bertemperatur 150c selama 30 menit atau hingga kue kering, matang dan berwarna kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.
