Default Resep Kue Bangkit Pandan Lebaran

Bahan-bahan :
280 gram tepung sagu, disangrai Kurang lebih10 menit diapi kecil, diangkat, dinginkan (timbang 240 gram)
150 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
2 lembar daun pandan
1/4 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh esens pandan
2 tetes pewarna hijau tua
1 butir telur
100 gram gula pasir halus
1 sendok teh baking powder
1 sendok makan wijen untuk taburan
Cara membuat :
  1. Mulanya rebus santan, daun pandan, garam, esens pandan, dan pewarna hijau tua sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Saring dan dinginkan (ukur 100 ml). Sisihkan.
  2. Terus kocok telur dan gula pasir halus sampai kental. Tambahkan tepung sagu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata bergantian dengan santan.
  3. Selanjutnya giling adonan. Cetak ring diameter 3 cm. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin.
  4. Tabur wijen. Oven dengan api bawah suhu 150 derajat Celsius 30 menit sampai matang.
