Default Resep Kue Kering Sagu Keju Lebaran

Bahannya :
  • 400 gram tepung sagu, sangrai hingga kekuningan
  • 200 gram gula bubuk
  • 2 butir telur
  • sendok teh teh garam
  • 200 gram mentega
  • 100 gram keju cheddar parut
  • Margarin untuk olesan
Cara membuatnya :
  1. Mualanya kocok mentega dan gula bubuk hingga putih dan mengembang. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga rata.
  2. Lalu masukkan keju parut, garam, dan tepung sagu. Aduk perlahan dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Selanjutnya masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga yang telah diberi spuit. Semprotkan adonan bentuk bunga ke dalam loyang datar yang telah diolesi margarin.
  4. Lalu panggang dengan suhu 160C selama 25 menit hingga matang dan kering. Angkat, biarkan dingin.
  5. Agar kue tahan lebih lama simpan dalam stoples kedap udara dan selalu tertutup.
