Default Resep Kue Pisang Sagu Enak

Bahan :
1 buah pisang tanduk kecil kukus, diiris bulat tebal 1/2 cm
150 gram tepung beras
150 gram gula pasir
450 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
1 sendok teh garam
1/8 sendok teh vanili bubuk
2 lembar daun pandan, disimpulkan
50 gram tepung sagu dan 200 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa, dilarutkan
20 gram sagu mutiara merah, direbus matang, direndah air es, ditiriskan
Cara Membuatnya :
  1. Larutkan tepung beras, gula pasir, santan, garam, vanili bubuk, dan daun pandan. Masak sambil diaduk sampai kalis. Angkat.
  2. Masukkan larutan tepung sagu. Aduk sampai licin. Tambahkan sagu mutiara merah. Aduk rata.
  3. Tuang adonan di cetakan cucing keramik yang agak besar yang dioles tipis minyak. Tata pisang tanduk di atasnya.
  4. Kukus 15 menit dengan api sedang sampai matang.
  5. Keluarkan dari cucing saat dingin. Sajikan.
