Thumbs up Cara Membuat Kue Apem Empuk dan Lembut



Bahan kering:
  • Tepung beras: 0,25 kilogram
  • Tepung sagu: 100 gram
  • Gula pasir: 175 gram
  • Ragi bubuk (instan): 0,5 bungkus kecil
  • Garam: 1,25 sendok teh

Bahan basah:
  • Santan: 400 mililiter yang dibuat dari 1 butir kelapa
  • Telur ayam: 1 butir

Cara Membuat Kue Apem Khas Jawa :
  • Masukkan semua bahan kering ke dalam wadah, aduk sampai tercampur rata.\
  • Sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni, tuangkan santan sampai gula pasir menjadi larut dan membentuk adonan.
  • Sambil ditepuk-tepuk, taungkan santan hingga habis.
  • Tambahkan telur ayam, diuleni sampai tercampur rata, diamkan selama 1 jam.
  • Panaskan wajan yang akan digunakan sebagai cetakan sekaligus alat untuk memasak apem secukupnya (gunakan api kecil supaya matang merata).
  • Tuangkan adonan ke dalam wajan, masak sampai setengah matang, balik. Panggang hingga matang sempurna, angkat.
  • Letakkan di wadah saji, kue apem sederhana khas Jawa siap dihidangkan.
