Talking Resep Kue Talam Versi Original



Bahan Lapisan Hijau:
  • 220 gram tepung beras
  • 70 gram tepung kanji
  • 1 L santan dari 1 1/2 butir kelapa
  • 300 gram gula pasir
  • 100 ml air daun suji dari 30 lembar daun suji
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam

Bahan Lapisan Cokelat:
  • 450 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
  • 250 gram gula merah, disisir
  • 2 lembar daun pandan
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 2 sendok teh tepung beras
  • 75 ml air panas
  • 75 gram tepung kanji

Cara Pengolahan :

Lapisan hijau:
  • didihkan santan, gula, air daun suji, daun pandan, pewarna, dan garam, aduk.
  • Setelah hangat kuku, tuang ke campuran tepung beras dan tepung kanji sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai jadi adonan yang licin.
  • Tuang ke cetakan kue mangkuk hingga 3/4 tinggi cetakan.
  • Kukus 20 menit.

Lapisan cokelat:
  • Rebus santan, gula merah, daun pandan, dan garam sampai mendidih. Saring.
  • Aduk tepung beras dengan air panas.
  • Masukkan ke campuran gula merah, aduk rata.
  • Tuangkan ke atas tepung kanji. Aduk rata.
  • Tuang ke atas lapisan hijau.
  • Kukus 15 menit.
