Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
2. Minimum 3 years’ of experience in implementation of Business Objects/ JAVA / SAP.
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in insurance industry is advantage
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Preferred understand and familiar with Integral from CSC Insurance software
6. Familiar with data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
7. Experience in performing User Requirement Analysis
8. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), programming (XML, Java, or ETL frameworks) and databases (SQL etc)
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Project Management to ensure the deadline, quality and business requirements are meet users expectation
2. Perform technical and advisory functions in the development of Business Objects architecture and the creation of frameworks for reporting, dashboards, delivery and scheduling.
3. Must be familiar with Development of processes, operating procedures and standards
4. Create the design specifications for development from approved business cases.
5. Execute unit and system testing of the design once the solution has been developed, and work closely with other team members to successfully deploy the code to production
