PLB Manager (Jakarta)
Plan, direct & Control for managing and overseeing sales & marketing strategy and the daily operations of the Central Bonded Logistic (Pusat Logistik Berikat) activity; Inbound, outbound and inventory operations; import and export process; and providing leadership in the definition, development and implementation of internal controls as required by the regulator and to accomplished corporate profit and growth as well as procedural compliance and meet good practice to the business ethics, company and HSE standards.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Management / Logistic related
2. Min. 10 years experiences in logistic & warehouse
3. Strong in import and export process, customs documentation (BC 1.6, BC 2.8, BC 4.0,BC 3.0 master list, etc)
4. Strong in warehouse management
5. Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented
6. Good reporting system
7. Good behaviour, open, honest and proactive
8. Able to working under pressure to meet delivery time
9. Good communication and negotiation skill
10. Leading by example
11. To ensure the performance and expectations of all stakeholders is met or exceeded and to ensure that international standards are achieved in the daily operations
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate day to day operations inbound, outbound, sales & marketing, warehouse and inventory management activities
2. Prepare sales and marketing strategy, sales pipe line and follow up to closes the business deal with client
3. Develop and communicate inbound, outbound and inventory management policies and procedures
4. Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to operations
5. Monitor inventory level, inventory movement, inbound and outbound operation using manual or computerized inventory systems
6. Develop & monitor process, standard and system in support organization business
7. Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations
Coordination with customs regularly
8. Perform weekly, monthly, annual report and system review regarding inventory control and recordkeeping.
9. Perform internal audit regularly and report to management.
10. Monitor and analyse operation performance and implement continuous improvement
11. Responsible for cost effectiveness & efficiency
12. Lead, select, coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of inventory management personnel and team
13. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
14. Interface with the Clients’ on commercial HSE, program and quality matters
15. Initiate & drive the team for scorecard target achievement
16. Daily controls – HSE procedures compliance
