Job Description :
You will be part of our key strategic role and responsible to scale up our Customer Service team to delight customers by:
1. Develop efficient process flow and resource planning.
2. Conduct regular customer experience study to understand pain points and execute strategy to tackle the root causes.
3. Working together with Technology team to continuously develop our Product (Website & App) based on your team findings and build in-house application to achieve exponential growth.

Requirement :
This is a mid-senior level position and you are expected to have at least 2 years of working experience but not necessarily in the field of Customer Experience.
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable Universities.
2. Critical thinking, hunger to learn new things and humility.
3. Leadership and flexibility working with various level of teammate.
4. Prior experience in product/process development is a plus.
