Responsibility :
1. Monitoring and updated project (new & existing project) in Internal Jatis application (Jessy)
2. Coordinate with Project Manager to get sign off document and request invoice to Finance
3. Updating project status summary of projects & creating PMO dashboard
4. Keeping all related PMO’s documents (eg. Sign off,, MSA, etc)
5. Collecting all project expense
6. Verifying and approving project expense
7. Doing administration and updating of project controlling in Jessy
8. Maintaining budget spreadsheets & assists PM with budget Tracking
9. Preparing work authorization forms for new contracts, modications and job closures
Requirements :
1. Diploma from reputable university majoring Computer Science / Information Technology
2. Min. 2 years experience as PMO Admin or Document Controller
3. Having knowledge in Project Management Office
4. Computer literate, and Detail Oriented is a must
5. Strong Mathematics and Accounting skills will be advantage
