Requirements :
1. Male
2. Min. 35-40 years old
3. Min.Bechelor Degree Majoring in Law
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level
5. Min. 10-15 years experience in HR
6. Have possession of Industrial Relations
7. Have an ability to managing labour, payroll, competencion, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and evaluating employee performance
8. Have an ability of leadership
9. Able to operate Microsoft Office and Internet
10. Have an honest, discipline, and consentious attitude, good personality, and high loyalty
Responsibilities :
1. Improving the competence of subordinates
2. Controlling the implementation of work procedures in parts
3. Monitor / evaluate the activities of personnel and general affairs ( Social Security payments , treatment of employees , outside agencies , licensing , etc. )
4. Renewal of company rules together with related parties
5. Analyze training needs , examine the feasibility of conducting a request for training and training .
6. Assist Manager in providing proposals repair and solve the problems in the company
