Responsibility :
1. Ensure that all machineries running smoothly to support continues system of production process.
2. Manage and control day to day maintenance activities.
3. Arrange preventive maintenance plan, and overhaul activities.
4. Corrective maintenance and trouble shooting and analyze the root cause to prevent some trouble in the future.
5. Perform the improvement plan to increase machine condition and availability
Requirement :
1. Male, min. D3/S1 Mecatronic, Electrical or Mechanical.
2. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering –Mechanical or equivalent.
3. Having minimum of 4 years working experiences as Maintenance Supervisor at continues plant company.
4. Deep understanding of Electronic circuit, Electrical/wiring diagram and mechanical drawing.
5. Familiar and Can operate (read – write – modification) Programmable Logic Controllers; PLC Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi.
6. Good knowledge of instrumentation and controllers ; temperature sensor – controller, vacuum sensor – controller, touch screen, NC – CNC base controller, etc.
7. Having experience to handle rotating equipment; high precision vacuum pump, compressors and blower, water and oil pump.
8. Understand and have experience to manage HVAC equipment: Chiller unit, Cryogenic machine, AHU and clean room equipment.
9. Familiar with TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance.
10. Instrumentation and sensors calibration.
11. Honest, stable personality and a responsible person.
12. A hard worker and good team player.
13. Good command in English.
