1. Age Maximum 35 years old
2. Magister / Bachelor Degree From Psychology / Industry
3. Minimum 3 years experience as Assessment ( Firm Psychodiagnostics ) / Organization Development
4. Good Communication and Coordination Skills
5. Active English
6. Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
7. Physically and mentally fit
8. Will be based in Head Office Jakarta
