Responsibility:
1. Following the whole education / training (OJT) activity.
2. Make observations or field trips to find encountered problem
3. Find the most possible solution to solve problems encountered during practice.
4. Provide suggestion for improvement of production process efficiency.
5. Report directly to Manager / Director for specific project.
Qualifications:
1. Maximum age 27 years old.
2. Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Energy Conversion with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale).
3. Strong Communication & Presentation skill.
4. Proficient in English oral & written.
5. Good Leadership & hard worker.
6. Dynamic & Creative personality.
7. Able to work in a team and independently.
8. Willing to be placed / domicile in Tangerang.
