Responsibility :
1. Analyzing resources needs based on Project.
2. Plan and Do the target of recruitment.
3. Handling negotiations.
4. Handling General HR.
5. Monitoring SOP runs smooth.
6. Handling internal issues.
7. Report to HR Manager.
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Proficient in English is a must both written and speaking, Mandarin is preferable.
3. At least 3 years of working experience as HR in Telecommunication Industry.
4. Must be willing to be assigned to Makassar area.
5. Able to handle HR issues.
6. Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision.
7. Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible.
8. 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
9. Able to join immediately.
