I've been experiencing a rather perplexing issue with my Sony device recently. It's a Sony Xperia smartphone, which I've been using for the past year without any major problems. However, about a month ago, the phone started behaving strangely. It freezes frequently, and I've noticed that the battery drains much faster than before. I'm concerned that it might be a hardware issue, but I'm not entirely sure. Has anyone else encountered similar problems with their Sony devices? What should I do to get this sorted out?
