If you are an Amazon shopper, you have probably heard of the RMA process, but what exactly is it? RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization, and it is Amazon's process for returns. If you need to return an item to Amazon, you will need to request an RMA through the Amazon website. Once you have requested an RMA, you will be given a return shipping label to send the item back to Amazon.
