Job Description :
In addition to recruitment, the team runs profiling activities towards students and other young professionals in order to position Kunchy as a preferred employer.
As an HR Specialist, you will focus on the recruitment process and solve recruitment needs. You will deliver efficient recruitment services of high quality while meeting the management expectations, delivering great candidate experience and enabling Kunchy’s overall aspiration; Professional, Growing, Respected.
Responsibility :
The Role Includes Tasks Such As
1. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from A-Z in close cooperation with Kunchy Management and project owners
2. Contribute to continuous development of the team’s processes, templates and tools
3. Manage interactions with recruitment suppliers
4. Support in other team activities when needed
5. You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar
6. You have 3-5 years of experience with conducting recruitment processes from A-Z, either as a recruiter or as part of a broader HR role
7. You are confident in managing the whole recruitment process
8. You have a good understanding of different selection methods and interview techniques
9. You have good communication skills and are able to write and speak fluently in Indonesian and English (English knowledge is a requirement as you will conduct interviews in English)
