Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the protection of the Company’s reputation and interest.
2. Ensure communication and coordination with other on Legal matter.
3. Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
4. Anticipate new acts and regulations within the area of responsibility.
5. Manage legal paper and documentation filing
6. Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion

Requirement:
1. Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
3. Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
4. Experienced in handling general Corporate and Commercial transactions as well as managing litigations.
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (oil & gas) is required for this position.
6. Good knowledge in oil & gas law, corporate, contract drafting
7. Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player
