Job Description :
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Workshop Supervisor at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
1. Workshop Supervisor is leader positions in our branch. They responsible for workshop operational.
2. In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as service advisor and mechanic team leader for the first term and as acting workshop supervisor for the second term.
3. Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
3. Excellent communication skil
4. Enjoy working in workshop environment
5. Having passion in Automotive industry
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
7. Willing to be placed in all region
