Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent related to Food Science, Food Management and/or Food Processing/Manufacturing.
2. 3-5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences in dairy industry.
3. Knowledge of common food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions a plus.
4. Previous laboratory/bench top experience in a research food laboratory or product development environment is a plus.
5. Demonstrated experience working with technical information (i.e. food formulations, food processing specifications, pilot plant procedures, etc.) desired.
6. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills (technical reports for internal and external distribution, presentations, etc).
7. Demonstrated project management skills and experience .
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Spoken and written in English.
