1. Minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills.
3. Extremely technical with the ability to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking (documented through construction and shop drawings/details).
4. Working knowledge of 3D + 2D software (3d Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.)
