Generally, we use: (Biasanya, kita menggunakan:)

at for a POINT (at untuk menunjukan suatu tempat atau area)
in for an ENCLOSED SPACE (in untuk menunjukan keberadaan di suatu tempat tertutup)
on for a SURFACE (on untuk menunjukan suatu permukaan)
Example: (contoh:)

I live on the 7th floor at 21 Oxford Street in London.
The shop is at the end of the street.
I have a meeting in New York.
There was a “no smoking” sign on the wall.
