Responsibility :
1. Refers to the variety of products available for sale and the display of those products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase
2. Optimize the performance of the inventory in the online store environment based on customer behavior
3. Identify focus product for potential markets and potential suppliers
4. Ensure maximization of sales and inventory control
5. Proactively recommend initiatives to continuosly improve product range
6. Planning, preparing, and give training about product knowledge
7. Processes to make products in the online store discoverable and desirable to customers
8. Ensure the direction of business development activities and forecasting is in line with company objectives and budgets
9. Together with Promotions team, manage a calendar of promotions and placements for the main pages of the site, synching up with retail and mail order counterparts on the photos and messaging, making adjustments to optimize for the online channel
10. Product development and analyst for white label
11. Collaborate, driving (or participating in) decisions about site design, new features & tools, marketing offers, and product mix

Requirement :
1. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Has to be comfortable doing things in a technology based environment and driving improvements with technical tools
4. Has knowledge and experiences using electronic data and content management systems in an e-commerce environment
5. Managing website catalog refreshes and marketing updates
6. Able to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines
7. Has good understanding of digital marketing processes and capabilities

Quality minded w/ analytical & problem solving skills, english literacy, highly responsible individual with a great sense of commitment, self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, good interpersonal and communication skills.
