Responsibility :
1. Preparation of conceptual designs and technical specifications for projects under development.
2. Undertake bid evaluations and negotiations on behalf of the client for projects leading to EPC contract award.
3. Responsible for the mechanical design review of EPC contractors design documentation submitted post contract award to check compliance with the contract specification.
4. Undertake factory inspections for equipment to ensure compliance with relevant design codes and standards as well as approved test procedures.
5. Providing advice and input to our site supervision teams relating to design, erection.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum total of 10 years’ experience with a major international consultant, engineering company or major utility company.
3. A comprehensive knowledge relating to some or all of the following: Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSGs, conventional fired boilers; boiler and piping design codes, materials technology for pressure parts; welding; boiler ancillary equipment; materials handling (coal, ash, limestone); combustion and emissions control equipment, plant test codes.
4. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Good command of English and ability to work in a multinational project team
6. Ability to reports.
7. Ability to chair meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
8. Motivated, leader personality with leadership qualities and with good communication skills.
