Responsibilities :
– Execute manpower planning and respond manpower needs for division|
– Make creative concept to attract candidates
– Creating job advertisement and decide which tools to ad advertise the jobs
– Execute recruitment plans
– Facilitate the whole process of selection potential candidates

Requirements :
– Female, max 25 years old
– Min Bachelor’s degree in psychology
– At least 1 years experience as recruitment staff
– Good understanding about recruitment process and sourcing
– Passionate in meeting new people, good understanding of the user’s need and eager to build and maintaining a good network for fulfilment purpose
– Target oriented
– Having the ability to interview and administer psychological test
– Willing to be Placed in Bandung
