Requirement :
1. S1 degree all discipline and/or S1 degree from Insurance Academy
2. Having experience deaing with Motor Vehicle Claims at least 2 years
3. Not more than 30 years old
4. Both written and oral English (it is an advantage)
5. Computer literature is must (has knowledge about email, Microsoft Office)
6. Understand the operation of Merimen System (it is an advantage)
7. Male or Female
8. Having a driving license (C)

Job Description:
1. To monitor claim notification from the client through email/merimen system/phone call/direct visit to the office
2. To entry data into the backend system and checking terms and conditions of insurance policy
3. To arrange time of claim survey with the clients and/or workshops
4. To conduct a site survey and make a recommendation for repair quotation by workshop
5. To issue counter quotation letter and work order
