ATI’s Management Trainee (AMT) program is designed for young talents that are eager to excel within the service and technology sector, and driven to be the next generation leaders.

Program Mechhanisms :
It is a 24-months program that blends the theoritical classroom trainings with practical on-the-job trainings. The management trainees will be rotated across all divisions every 3 times every 4 months period, based on the trainees’ first year experience – followed by up to 2 times in-depth rotation that will be determined by the senior leadership.
This opportunity will allows the trainees have a helicopter view of the company, exposing them to the variety of ATI business operations – within the management pathway.

1. We are seeking exceptional candidates who are highly motivated and results-oriented.
2. Possess excellent analytical, communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia) and interpersonal skills.
3. Able to think creatively and be able to identify new business opportunities, and execute innovative ideas successfully.
4. Flexible, adaptable and resilient to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
5. We welcome applicants from all disciplines from respectable universities with minimum GPA of 3.2 from 4.0 scale.
