Job Description :
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Administration Head at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
1. Administration Head is leader positions in our branch. They responsible for branch financial and operational.
2. In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as administration officer for the first term and as acting admnistration head for the second term.
3. Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in Economic (Accounting / Management / Finance Management) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Enjoy working in back office environment
5. Having high integrity and good analytical thinking
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
7. Willing to be placed in all region
