Requirements :
1. Male / Female
2. 22-25 years old
3. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management with min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
4. Experienced or Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
5. Hold Type A Driving License
6. Proficiency in English both written and oral 7. Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level
8. Good analytical thinking, persuasive, creative, and good presentation skill
9. Have an honest, discipline, and consentious attitude, good personality, and high loyalty
10. Good MS.Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, etc) skills
11. Able to work as a team or individually and willing to work underpressure

Responsibilities :
1. Evaluate dealers performance by visiting dealers every month.
2. Handle every dealers problem (sales person, sales supervisor, and sales manager)
3. Ensure dealers’ infrastructure improvement
4. Give advices after problem found to the dealers
5. Maintain and improve sales person quality, assessed in every main dealer activity
6. Ensure every sales person and other customer related function give clear and trusted information.
