Responsibility :
1. To assist PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and functions in all departments.
2. To assist in creating organizational documents (SOPs, etc.), revising and filing documents to related Head of Departments/ Head of School/ Principals and other staff
3. In charge of ensuring the distribution of SOPs to all departments (Internal Document Control)
4. To assist in processing and conducting internal audit for the organization
5. To follow up audit results
6. In charge of setting schedule for regular meetings as well as to follow up meeting results
7. To do other necessary management system and other related tasks as appointed by the supervisor

Requirement :
1. University degree from reputable education institution in Management, Law or related majors (especially from Industrial Engineering)
2. 1 year experience or fresh graduates are welcome
3. Understanding business process
4. Good knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2000
5. Fluent in English, both oral and written with TOEFL score minimum 500
6. Computer literate
7. Pleasant personality and able to work under-pressure
8. Sense of team spirit
9. Non-smoker
