Kemudian, rasio yang diharuskan adalah 25 m2 untuk satu buah mobil (sedan/van/pick up) dengan lebar minimun 2,25 m dan panjang 4,5 m pada posisi tegak lurus.

• Kurang dari 50 m2: 1 mobil/ 5 unit hunian
• Luas 50-150 m2: 1 mobil/ 2 unit hunian
• Lebih dari 150 m2: 1 mobil/ 1 unit hunian

Nah, setelah mengecek luas parkiran, kamu pun harus melihat posisi serta jumlah pintu yang disediakan. Posisi pintu harus memudahkan kendaraanmu keluar-masuk bangunan. Jumlah pintu pun harus banyak sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko terjadi kemacetan saat akan parkir. Coba bayangkan jika
